This small, shady courtyard had several levels with different conditions. Working with the jungle-like feel I added several large feature plants, bamboo and tree ferns in the lighter areas. For the shade areas I covered a section of the lower wall with a moss and fern greenwall, and created a collection of pots to fill the space with greenery. I continue to develop the garden with the owner, and have done so for several years.
