A wedding in Hackney Mashes, Stamford Hill, London

I, along with a team of amazing volunteers / friends, was offered the opportunity to decorate a wedding in a marina for narrow boats in Hackney. The bride and groom wanted the boat (their house) to be part of the proceedings, and we had the use of a grass area and a bar / dance floor. There needed to be a 'welcome to the marina' arch with guestbook, another arch for photographs, floating flowers and a gazebo. Lighting needed to be considered, as did decorating the rather worn out bar interior.
