What is succession planting?

I, along with a team of amazing volunteers / friends, was offered the opportunity to decorate a wedding in a marina for narrow boats in Hackney.

Landscaped and planted in 2017, I still maintain this family garden in Tuffnell Park.

I turned this garden in Manor house from scrappy to a wildlife garden.

I was asked to build a wedding arch on a beach for a wedding in Canada.

I’ve been working on this garden for several years, and as it’s mine, its where I get to play! It’s my trial garden for new plants, a place for my favorites, and my general weird and wonderful collection of pots, cuttings, seedlings, and general gardening fun. A clients garden I manage year round. Starting with snowdrops and lots of tulips, this garden consists of a formal box hedge, large herbaceous perennial flowerbeds and mature roses, a vegetable area, a picking bed, and container collections.

A bright courtyard – a Highbury and Islington garden update. A small space with a wraparound staircase. Client asked for mixed pots, with climbers. We decided to maximise the space with climbers and trailers in taller pots. Most is evergreen, with spots of herbaceous perennials.

Designed as a low maintenance, modern garden, this garden has 3 areas – a eating area with built in bench, a lawn and planting area, and a morning coffee nook to catch the morning sun.
